Michael Conway is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Champion Health Inc. He attended Brigham Young University and has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Michael has become a leader in championing the cause for large companies by increasing their bottom line with creative solutions to help employees. Through his many years of leadership, Michael’s focus has been to help the agents he has trained to work with each company displaying honesty and integrity and always placing their clients first.
Michael was married for 25 years to his beautiful wife, Shelley. He loves hiking and participating in sports with their eight children and eight grandchildren. Tragically, his wife lost her battle with cancer ten years ago. After her death, his focus was modified from working with products in the insurance industry to improving the overall health of each employee of the companies he represented. Michael and his team believe that increased overall health is possible and achievable through innovative behavior change without additional costs to the employer or employee.
Matt is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Champion Health, Inc. His 20+ years of experience in the insurance and finance industry has given him the ability to assess a company’s current situation and make recommendations to help them achieve its business goals. He has the passion and knowledge required to produce real results for our clients.
Matt is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from the University of Minnesota (UofM) with his bachelor’s degree in Business and minors in Economics and Speech Communications. He earned a football scholarship at the UofM and started as a cornerback for the legendary coach Lou Holtz.
In addition to serving our clients, Matt enjoys exploring the mountains and desert in various types of off-road vehicles and motorcycles. He also finds enjoyment in playing golf and spending time with his family.
