Which Prescriptions Are Covered?

Nearly 200 generic and brand-name prescriptions are covered by The CHAMP Plan™, including many of the nation’s top-prescribed drugs, including:

• Simvastatin and Atorvastatin (high cholesterol)
• Amlodipine and Lisinopril (high blood pressure)
• Levothyroxine (hypothyroidism)
• Bupropion (tobacco cessation)
• Azithromycin and Amoxicillin (antibiotics)
• Gabapentin and Meloxicam (pain management)
• Lorazepam and Clonazepam (mental health)

We provide all employees with an electronic ID card through our mobile app that can be presented at the pharmacist at the time of service to get your $0 or $1 Copay.

Note: Prescriptions not on the formulary list may also be covered at a significant discount.
